Table Salt For Teeth Cleaning
66A fresh and a great smile is the thing every body love to have. This is only possible if you have bright white and healthy teeth. Teeth are not only important for the human health but also play an important role for making your personality. This is why many people are looking for effective teeth whitening tips that may make their teeth bright and healthy.
Here is an easy to use and good tip that can be used while staying at home and needs no special chemicals, equipments or training etc. All you need is a tooth brush and sodium chloride, also known as common table salt. Just apply some quantity of table salt on your tooth brush and brush your teeth gently from all sides. Repeat the process for 2-3 times and apply on all parts of all teeth. After that wash your teeth, mouth and brush with the fresh water and look at your teeth. You will see a clear whitish effect on your teeth.
There are usually no side effects of this method. But if used more than once in a day your gums may swell. So it is recommended to use this once in 2 days, only.

why salt cleans the teeth?
I suggest baking soda over table salt. The granules are smaller, so they're less likely to be erosive for those excessively energetic brushers, and baking soda is used in many things (laundry detergent, . . . um . . . laundry detergent) as a gentle whitener. Rub it on your teeth and then let it sit (without swallowing or spitting) until you get bored of tasting it. Ees guut.

i have did this and i swear my teeth look so white better than ever before love it
got teeth?
It whitens your teeth because the salt/baking soda is abrasive (can kind of be compared to sand paper) and it removes the stain on your teeth from coffee, tea, etc.

I'm very interested to know if this works similar to peroxide, since i've learned it to be one of the main ingredients to whitening teeth.
I tested one brand called Crest White Strips which is a very well known teeth stain removal product and it indeed does work after initially having been skeptical about it.
A very well written article.
